Brett Dieck is a seasoned general practitioner and trial attorney with extensive experience across a wide spectrum of legal fields, including real estate, criminal law, businessl law, and other various civil litigation matters. He has represented clients in courts throughout Maryland. In addition to his litigation practice, Brett adeptly handles transactional matters, such as liquor license transfers, sales of bars and restaurants, business and estate planning, stock transfers, and asset sales. For over 20 years, Brett has successfully owned and operated a title company in Maryland.
Brett is admitted to practice before the Maryland State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. In 2016, Brett was appointed by Maryland Governor Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr. to the Task Force to Study Recording Deeds for Victims of Domestic Violence, where he played a key role in advancing legislative changes to better protect victims of human trafficking and domestic violence.
